We have a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since you placed your order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer free shipping on all orders that are £50 or more, this will be standard second class signed for delivery through Royal Mail.

If your order is less than £50, you will be charged £3.50 for standard shipping.

Please keep in mind that this can take up to 2 days for us to process and 3 working days to be processed by Royal Mail.

If you are in need of your items sooner, please consider using the first class tracked and signed for option, which has a charge of £5.00.

We aim to dispatch first class orders on the same day, or next working day if the order is placed after 4pm.

Royal Mail recommends delivery between 1-2 working days for first class items. Orders may also be processed by DPD or Evri.
