Returns Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since you placed your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with any labels or tags still attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please use the 'contact us' page to speak to us about your request, and we will respond as soon as we can. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. They can only be exchanged for another item or store credit.
  • Any items bought in promotional campaigns such as Black Friday etc. cannot be returned, they can only be exchanged for another item or store credit.

Partial Refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the order was placed but is still unused and in original condition.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the balance of the order refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that this refund will not include the cost of the original shipping charges and may take several days to process.

Exchange Policy

Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced. If you require a like-for-like exchange, please use the 'contact us' page to get in touch and send your item to:
